Cutz N Curvz Challenge is a 6 week program that can be done from the GYM or AT HOME.
This challenge will help you build your glutes, snatch your waist while also toning your legs and upper body. The program is simple, but challenging for more advanced levels and suitable for all participants with beginner modifications.
I'll be including demo videos for all exercises directly in our challenge so you know exactly how to perform all exercises.
We'll also have a private community area via group me where we can all motivate each other, hold each other accountable, and share photos. I can't wait to get started, who's with me?!
